Record India score in high scoring draw: 2nd Test, D5 (SSC)

India posted their higbest score in Sri Lanka and their 2nd highest all time score as the home team retained a 1-0 series lead after the 2nd Test ended in a high-scoring draw. The bat dominated the ball on a featherbed wicket for five days. India extended their score to a record 707 all out after the tail wagged. Mendis took 4-172. Sri Lanka were 129-3 when stumps were drawn early.  2nd Test, D5 (SSC), July 2010.
