Windies recover from Gayle blow: 3rd Test, D1 (Kandy)

After a rain delay, young fast bowler Suranga Lakmal baptized international cricket's newest test venue by removing West Indies opener Chris Gayle with the first ball.

West Indies recoverdd to 134 for two wickets at the close on the rain-affected first day of the third and final test against Sri Lanka on Wednesday.

West Indies 134-2 (D. Smith 55, Darren Bravo 63 not out).
