Roach shines as Windies edge out Pak: 2013 CT#2 WIN v PAK (Oval)

West Indies edged past Pakistan to register a narrow two-wicket victory. Fast bowler Kemar Roach reduced Pakistan to 15 for three before off-spinner Narine took three wickets for three runs in 10 balls to leave them 170 all out.

Skipper Misbah scored a career-best 96 not out. In reply, Chris Gayle led from the front for the Windies in the afternoon, hitting 39 as the Windies won with 56 balls to spare.

West Indies 172 for 8 (Gayle 39, Samuels 30, Irfan 3-32) beat Pakistan 170 (Misbah 96*, Jamshed 50, Roach 3-28) by two wickets.
