South Africa win series, sends off Kallis: 2nd Test, Day 5 (Durban)

Ajinkya Rahane battled hard and was unlucky to miss his maiden Test century by four runs as India were all out for 223.

Skipper Graeme Smith then scored the winning runs as South Africa knocked off a modest 58-run target to beat India by 10 wickets in the second Test at Kingsmead and win the two-match series 1-0.

South Africa 500 (Kallis 115, de Villiers 74, Jadeja 6-138) and 59 for 0 beat India 334 (Vijay 97, Pujara 70, Steyn 6-100) and 223 (Rahane 96, Peterson 4-74) by ten wickets.
