Windies follow on after Herath six: 1st Test, Day 3 (Galle)

Rangana Herath (6-68) left West Indies on the ropes, fighting to save the game after the veteran left-arm spinner took his 23rd five-wicket haul to help dismiss the tourists for 251 in reply to the hosts’ 484.

West Indies were all out 233 short of Sri Lanka’s mark and Angelo Mathews enforced the follow-on.

West Indies 251 (Bravo 50, Herath 6-68) and 67 for 2 (f/o) trail Sri Lanka 484 by 166 runs.
