Afridi blast in vain as England take series: 2nd T20 (Dubai)
Shahid Afridi's blasted 24 off eight deliveries to almost take Pakistan to victory in pursuit of England's 172-8.
England evetually won by three runs to clinch the series with a match to spare. Afridi was also the pick of the Pakistan bowlers, taking 3-15. England 172 for 8 (Buttler 33, Afridi 3-15) beat Pakistan 169 for 8 (Plunkett 3-33) by three runs.
