Windies choke in 1 run loss to Sri Lanka: 2016 Tri Nations No 5 (Bullawayo)

West Indies opener Evin Lewis smashed 148 in 122 balls, but the Windies suffered a curious 1 run loss to Sri Lanka after needing just 3 runs off the last 2 balls to win.

Earlier, Sri Lanka posted 330-7 after Niroshan Dickwella and man-of-the-match Kusal Mendis both scored 94.

The narrow win ensured Sri Lanka are through to the final against the winner of the Windies final game against hosts Zimbabwe.

Sri Lanka 330 for 7 (Dickwella 94, Kusal Mendis 94, Dhananjaya de Silva 58, Holder 3-57) beat West Indies 329 for 9 (Lewis 148, Holder 45*, Lakmal 2-67, Kulasekara 2-73) by one run.
