Kiwi coach sacked as Vettori bags prizes

Daniel Vettori took out the big gongs at the NZ Cricket Awards ceremony but Kiwi coach Andy Moles was under pressure to hold his place after a player revolt to oust him. Moles was finally sacked to appease the players ahead of the upcoming ODI series against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi. Oct 2009.
