Record score for No 10: Ajmal & Aamer put on 103 (Abu Dhabi)

Mohammed Aamer hit a stunning unbeaten 73 in a last wicket stand with Saeed Ajmal worth 103 but Pakistan fell seven runs short. 17 year old Aamer made the highest score by a number 10 in one day history but Ajmal was out with five balls left as New Zealand won the series 2-1. The 103 run stand was the second best stand for the last wicket after Michael Holding and Viv Richards effort against England in 1984 . Nov 2009.
