Sachin ton puts India ahead: 1st Test, Day 3 (Hamilton)

Sachin Tendulkar (160) scored his 42nd Test century as India established a big lead with an impressive score of 520.

Tendulkar was involved with Mahendra Singh Dhoni in a 115 run partnership.

India then dismissed both New Zealand openers and Kyle Mills to leave the Kiwis at 75-3. There was controversy when an edge by McIntosh may have not carried to Tendulkar at first slip and the fielder himself went off with a badly jammed and bleeding finger.
