Ryder inspires clean sweep for New Zealand: 2nd T20 (RPS)

The Kiwis secured a 20 series win with a 22run victory after openers Brendon McCullum 49 from 34 and Jesse Ryder 52 from 37 got them off to a flying start putting on 84. In reply to the tourists 1704 Sri Lanka managed only 1488. Mahela Jayawardene 41 from 30 and Kumar Sangakkara 69 from 50 gave the hosts some hope but Shane Bond showed some form to take 318 as the middle order failed. 2nd T20 RPS Sept 2009.
