Shane Watson's unbeaten 105 in 129 balls ensured Australia won the Champions Trophy with a sixwicket win over New Zealand. Earlier offspinner Nathan Hauritz 337 restricted New Zealand to 2009 with Martin Guptill 40 topscoring. Australia managed just 18 from the 10over mandatory powerplay the lowest total in the entire twoweek tournament as they lost Paine and Ponting.
