Broad caught in spiking controversy (Cape Town)
South Africa have reported concerns to the ICC match referee Roshan Mahanama after TV footage that showed Stuart Broad standing on the ball with his spikes as he fielded it.
The rules clearly state that players cannot alter the state of the ball.
