Cook and Prior defy Indian spinners: 1st Test, Day 4 (Ahmedabad)

Captain Alastair Cook led a remarkable England fightback with a fighting unbeaten 168 as the defiant visitors wiped out India’s mammoth first innings lead of 330 as he steered England to 340-5.

Cook was supported by wicketkeeper Matt Prior who was unbeaten on 84.
