Warner & Hughes cement Aussie dominance: 3rd Test, Day 2 (SCG)

On the back of a dynamic 130-run partnership between David Warner (85) and Phil Hughes (87), Australia finished on 342-6, a 48-run advantage in response to Sri Lanka's first-innings total of 294.

Mike Hussey was run out for 25 - he had earlier been given a standing ovation from the crowd amd through a guard of honour by Sri Lanka.

Australia 6 for 342 (Hughes 87, Warner 85, Clarke 50, Herath 2-69) lead Sri Lanka 294 by 48 runs.
