IPL Match Fixing: Why is BCCI opposing Supreme Court probe panel?

The Indian Supreme Court has reserved its order on the formation of new panel headed by Justice Mukul Mudgal to continue probing the betting and fixing allegations in the Indian Premier League, while the BCCI called the findings submitted so far as erroneous. Unimpressed by the BCCI submission, Justice Patnaik said the court will pass a judicial order shortly. Earlier, the Supreme Court rejected BCCI`s proposed three-man panel comprising CBI director RK Raghavan, former Calcutta High Court chief Justice JN Patel and former India captain Ravi Shastri.
