Pak stun Sri Lanka after power Maqsood knock: 1st ODI (Hambantota)

A quick fire 89 not out in 73 balls from Sohaib Maqsood enabled Pakistan to comeback from a precarious 106-5 to beat Sri Lanka by four wickets in a stunning upset.

Earlier, skipper Angelo Mathews top-scored with 89 as the hosts made 275-7 in a match reduced to 45 overs due to rain.

Pakistan 277 for 6 (Maqsood 89, Fawad 62) beat Sri Lanka 275 for 7 (Mathews 89, Jayawardene 63, Wahab 3-50) by four wickets (D/L method).
