Ashwin five in vain, India drop in rankings: 1st Test, Day 5 (Fatullah)

India dropped a place to the fourth spot in the Test rankings, after playing out a draw against hosts Bangladesh.

Ravi Ashwin took 5-87 as Bangladesh were bowled out for 256 and were forced to bat again on the fifth day. The hosts were 23/0 when both captains agreed to call off play.

India 462 for 6 decl. (Dhawan 173, Vijay 150, Rahane 98, Shakib 4-105) drew with Banglades.
