Broad 6-17 destroys South Africa, win series: 3rd Test, Day 3 (J'borg)

A fiery spell of 6-17 by Stuart Broad inspired England to a seven wickets in the third Test to secure a 2-0 series victory as South Africa crumbled for just 83.

Earlier, England were bowled out for 323 in their first innings after Root fell for 110 early in the morning. Skipper Cook (43) then led the way in the 73 run chase which they achieved with ease despite a late wobble.

England 323 (Root 110, Stokes 58, Radaba 5-78, Morkel 3-76) and 77 for 3 beat South Africa 313 and 83 (Broad 6-17) by seven wickets.
