Rahman smashes Sri Lanka for shock win: 2016 Asia Cup BAN v SRL (Mirpur)
Sabbir Rahman smashed a career-best 80 in 54 balls to help Bangladesh secure their first T20 win over Sri Lanka with a stunning 23-run upset in the Asia Cup.
Sri Lanka were riding to an easy win at 76-1 when they collapsed suddenly with Al-Amin Hossain taking three wickets and Shakib taking two for 21 from four overs to restrict Sri Lanka to 124 for eight.
Bangladesh 147 for 7 (Sabbir 80, Chameera 3-30) beat Sri Lanka 124 for 8 (Chandimal 37, Al-Amin 3-34) by 23 runs.
