Dhawan helps India clinch title: 2016 Asia Cup Final (Mirpur)

Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan scored a fifty in 35 balls to help his side crush Bangladesh by eight wickets and clinch the Asia Cup.

India required 19 runs in the last 2 ivers but Mahendra Singh Dhoni (20 not out in 6 balls) saw them home. Earlier, Indian bowlers lost their way in the final overs after an impressive start as Bangladesh rode on Mahmudullah Riyadh's fiery 13-ball 33 to post a competitive 120 for five after being put into bat.

India 122 for 2 (Dhawan 60, Kohli 41*) beat Bangladesh 120 for 5 (Mahmudullah 33*, Bumrah 1-13) by eight wickets.
