1965 2nd Test: Cowdrey guides win over New Zealand (Lords)

Colin Cowdrey scored 137 as England won by 7 wickets.

The Kiwis were struggling at 62-6 until twin fifties from Pollard and Taylor pushed them to 175. England posted 307 on the back of Cowdreys ton.

Collinge, Sinclair and Pollard scored fifties as New Zealand scored 347 in their second innings. Dexter's 80 not out got England home as they coasted to 218-2.
