Suspect Bangladesh swept away by Broom: 2nd ODI (Nelson)

Neil Broom scored his maiden ODI hundred and took two crucial catches as New Zealand completed a 67-run win over Bangladesh.

Chasing 252 for victory, Bangladesh had been cruising at 105 for one in the 23rd over but lost 9 for 79 in a curious collapse. Part time spinner Kane Williamson (3-12) sparked the collapse which started with a comical run out of Sabbir Rahman for 38 after a 75-run partnership with opener Imrul Kayes (59).

New Zealand 251 (Broom 109, Mashrafe 3-49) beat Bangladesh 184 (Kayes 59, Williamson 3-12) by 67 runs.
