Rashid, Morgan crush Sri Lanka: 3rd ODI (Kandy)

Leg spinner Adil Rashid took 4-36 as England crushed Sri Lanka to win a rain-affected ODI by seven wickets and take a 2-0 series lead.

Sri Lanka got off to a fast start but slipped from 57-0 to stumble to 150-9, with Rashid (4-36) and Tom Curran (3-17) applying the breaks.

Captain Eoin Morgan hit 58 not out and Jason Roy 41 as England comfortably chased down the target with 15 balls remaining.

England 153 for 3 (Morgan 58*) beat Sri Lanka 150 for 9 (Rashid 4-36) by seven wickets.
