Kohli, Pandya power win over Aussies, level series: 3rd T20 (SCG)

Skipper Virat Kohli smashed an unbeaten 61 to steer India to victory with two balls to spare against Australia, ensuring the series ended all square 1-1.

Chasing a target of 165 runs, openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma got them off to a flier with a 67 run stand in 5.3 overs. Kohli hit 61 not out in 41 balls to guide India home.

Earlier, spinner Krunal Pandya took four wickets during the Australian innings and was named man of the match award. India restricted Australia to 164-6, with D'Arcy Short top-scoring with 33.

India 4 for 168 (Kohli 61*, Dhawan 41) beat Australia 6 for 164 (Short 33, Krunal 4 for 36) by six wickets.
