Chasing a massive 322 for victory, Shakib smashed his second successive century of the tournament off 83 balls. He put on 189 with Liton Das (94 not out) as Bangladesh reached their target with 51 balls to spare.

Bangladesh 322 for 3 (Shakib 124*, Liton 94*, Tamim 48) beat West Indies 321 for 8 (Hope 96, Lewis 70, Hetmyer 50, Mustafizur 3-59, Saifuddin 3-72) by seven wickets.
