Oshada shines as SL whitewash Pakistan: 3rd T20 (Lahore)

Debutant Oshada Fernando smashed 78 not out as a second-string Sri Lanka team whitewashed top-ranked Pakistan 3-0 by registering a 13-run victory in the third and final T20.

Oshada’s 78 not out came from only 48 balls as the tourists posted 147-7. Left arm paceman Mohammad Amir the pick of the bowlers with 3-27.

In reply, Pakistan struggled to 133-6 after Hasaranga took 3-21 and Lahiru Kumara took 2-24 to secure an unlikely clean sweep. Haris Sohail's 52 provided the sole resistance.

Sri Lanka 147 for 7 (Fernando 78*, Amir 3-27) beat Pakistan 134 for 6 (Sohail 52, Hasaranga 3-21) by 13 runs.
