Shami rips thru Bangladesh: 1st Test, Day 1 (Indore)

Paceman Mohammad Shami bowled a hostile spell as a dominant India remained on course for a big first-innings lead after skittling out Bangladesh for 150 runs.

Shami took 3-27 and Ashwin took 2-43 as Bangladesh were on the backfoot after winning the toss.

In reply, India lost opener Rohit Sharma for six. Cheteshwar Pujara and Mayank Agarwal put on 72 runs for the second-wicket.

India 86 for 1 (Pujara 43*, Agarwal 37*) trail Bangladesh 150 (Mushfiqur 43, Shami 3-27) by 64 runs.
