England fightback after Yasir knocks them over: 1st Test, Day 3 (Manchester)

Yasir Shah spun out England but the home team was clinging on after a Ben Stokes-led fightback on a fluctuating day of fortunes.

Yasir claimed 4/66 as England were bowled out for 219, but a strong bowling performance from the hosts left Pakistan 137/8 at stumps.

England took four wickets for 27 runs, including two for Stokes, in the fading light to leave Pakistan ahead by 244.

Pakistan 326 and 137 for 8 (Yasir 12*, Abbas 0*) lead England 217 (Pope 62, Yasir 4-66) by 244 runs.
