Cummins, run outs puts India on back foot: 3rd Test, Day 3 (SCG)

Pat Cummins blew apart the Indian middle order and sharp Australian fielding accounted for 3 brilliant run outs as India crumbled from 185-4 to be shot out before the Tea break.

Using the second new ball, Cummins claimed a stunning 4-29 and Hazlewood took 2-43 and turned the momentum with a brilliant run out as the tourists were rolled for 244.

Only Pujara (50) offered resistance with a painstaking 174 ball fifty.

Australia lead by 197 runs with two days to play, with Steve Smith (29 not out) and Marnus Labuschagne (47 not out) leading the way to setting India an impossible target.

Australia 338 and 103 for 2 (Labuschagne 47*, Smith 29*) lead India 244 (Gill 50, Pujara 50, Cummins 4-29, Hazlewood 2-43) by 197 runs.
