Pant blasts England for spectacular century: 4th Test, Day 2 (Ahmedabad)

A dashing century from Rishabh Pant put India firmly in control on the second day of the fourth and final Test against England.

Pant smashed his way to a third Test century, scoring 101 off 118 balls. This was his first century at home.

Pant shared a stand of 113 for the seventh wicket with Washington Sundar (60 not out) to rescue India and secure a first-innings lead of 89 runs.

India 294 for 7 (Pant 101, Sundar 60*, Anderson 3-40) lead England 205 by 89 runs.
