Chase guides series win over South Africa: 2nd T20 (Kingston)

Allrounder Roston Chase guided West Indies to a 16-run win over South Africa which delivered a 2-0 series lead.

The Windies posted 207 for seven with the 32-year-old Chase top scoring with a blistering 67 not out in 38 balls. This was his maiden half-century in T20s.

In reply, South Africa raced to 81 without loss in only the sixth over, with Quinton de Kock (41) and Reeza Hendricks (34) laying a strong platform. Spinner Motie (3-22) halted the visitors and they limped to 191-7.

West Indies 207 for 7 (Chase 67*, Peter 2-32) beat South Africa 191 for 7 (de Kock 41, Motie 3-22) by 16 runs.
