Liton Das leads Bangladesh fightback as Pakistan stumble: 2nd Test, Day 3 (Rawalpindi)

Liton Das smashed a fighting hundred to rescue Bangladesh from a precarious 26-6 to 262 all out in a remarkable turnaround that left the second Test against Pakistan in the visitors favour.

The 2nd Test took a decisive turn with the partnership between Mehidy Hasan (78) and Liton Das (138) as they combined for a crucial 165-run partnership for the seventh wicket.

Later, Bangladesh struck back to leave Pakistan tottering on 9-2, with opener Abdullah Shafique dismissed for three and nightwatchman Khurram Shahzad falling without scoring.

Pakistan 274 and 9 for 2 (Mahmud 2-3) lead Bangladesh 262 (Litton 138, Mehidy 78, Shahzad 6-90, Salman 2-13) by 21 runs.
