Greaves century grinds out Bangladesh: 1st Test, Day 2 (Antigua)

Allrounder Justin Greaves scored a defiant maiden century batting at No 6 as West Indies kept Bangladesh in the field until late on day 2 at North Sound.

The 30-year-old Greaves, playing in just his third Test at this level, made an undefeated 115 to pile on the pain for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh were struggling at 40-2 when bad light stopped play with seven overs left in the day.

Bangladesh 40 for 2 (Alzarri 1-2, Seales 1-15) trail West Indies 450 for 9 (Greaves 115, Louis 97, Athanaze 90, Roach 47, Hasan 3-87) by 410 runs.
