2019 ICC Cricket World Cup

The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup was the 12th edition and was played from 30th May to 14 July 2019. It was co-hosted by England and Wales.

The final took place at Lords, the home of cricket, on 14th July. England beat New Zealand to claim the World Cup after a heart stopping tie in the final.

2019 ICC Cricket World Cup

The format for the 2019 World Cup is a throwback to the 1992 World Cup. There will be a single group of 10 teams, with each team playing the other nine once, and the top four at the end of the group phase progressing to the semi-finals.

The final took at Lords, the home of cricket, between England and New Zealand on 14th July.
