Jacob Oram' s fifth Test hundred and first against England was the centrepiece of New Zealand's second innings 6-269, putting the visitors 227 ahead to secure a draw.
He came to the wicket at a precarious position after wicketkeeper and leading batsman Brendon McCullum had retired hurt on 11 when New Zealand were only 78 runs ahead at 4-120.
Day 5 1st Test Lords May 2008.

Lovely piece of sportsmanship by Sidebottom to go upto Oram after he bowls him out.

Thats was a sickening blow that McCullum took from Broad. It swelled up real bad. But the guy is made of concrete as he came back to continue batting.
