A first ever ODI hundred by Sachin Tendulkar in Australia ensured India claimed first blood in the triseries finals with a superb sixwicket win over Australia at the SCG.
"I wanted to get the hundred today. We had never beaten Australia in Sydney and there was no better occasion than today to change that" Tendulkar said.
