England inflict more pain in last ball thriller: 1st T20 (Adelaide)

Chris Woakes was the hero on his England debut as Paul Collingwood's side produced a record eighth win in a row.

Woakes hit the winning single off the last ball, finishing unbeaten on 19. All-rounder Shane Watson cut a swathe taking 4 for 15 to bowl the Aussies right back into the match until the last ball win.

Earlier, Watson hit 59 from 31 balls as they made 157-4 batting first.
