Ross Taylor smashes fastest ton for Kiwis but honours even: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Hamilton)

Ross Taylor (138) hit the fastest ever Test century by a New Zealander in 81 balls but his team missed the chance to open up a lead over Australia as they were bowled out for 264.

Only opener BJ Watling 46 offered any support as he and Taylor put on 84. Mitchell Johnson took 4-59.

Australia reached 350 in their second innings before bad light stopped play early.
