South Africa fight after Rahane twin tons: 4th Test, Day 4 (Delhi)

Skipper Hashim Amla led South Africa's fightback after taking 46 balls to get off the mark as the visitors crawled to 72-2 at stumps after 72 overs of resolute defence.

Earlier, India declared on 267-5 half after Ajinkya Rahane (100 not out) became the fifth Indian to score centuries in each innings of a test match.

South Africa 121 and 72 for 2 (Amla 23*, de Villiers 11*) need another 409 runs to beat India 334 and 267 for 5 dec (Rahane 100*, Kohli 88, Morkel 3-51).
