The re-mergence of Simon Katich

One of the few positives from the loss of the BorderGavaskar Trophy to India was the form displayed by Simon Katich .

Katich scored 349 runs with a century and 2 fifties with several gritty displays to hold the top order together. Katich says that he was grateful to be recalled for the Windies tour in May where he grasped the opportunity with both hands.
