Taijul shines as Rizwan resists Bangladesh: 2nd Test, Day 4 (Sylhet)

Wicket keeper Mohammad Rizwan's unbeaten 75 kept Pakistan's hopes alive as the visitors finished Day 4 on 316-7, requiring another 121 runs to beat Bangladesh in the second Test at Sylhet.

Salman Ali Agha and Mohammad Rizwan were keeping the scoreboard ticking with a resolute stand for the 6th wicket. However, soon after the new ball was taken, Taijul (4-113) broke a crucial 134-run sixth-wicket stand when he bowled Salman for 71.

Pakistan 232 and 316 for 7 (Rizwan 75*, Masood 71, Agha 71, Taijul 4-113) need another 121 runs to beat Bangladesh 278 and 390.
