Geoff Lawson contract not renewed by PCB
“The day Lawson's contract expires he will be no more with the Pakistan team” the newlyappointed Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ijaz Butt said at his first press conference in Lahore as he sees no value in keeping Geoff Lawson on. The 50yearold Lawson was appointed Pakistan coach in July last year after Pakistan's firstround defeat in the World Cup last year. Gavin Robertson adds his views on this announcement.
