Debutants take Pak to brink of victory: 1st Test, Day 3 (Galle) - SL Wickets

Debutants Mohammad Aamer and Saeed Ajmal took 3 wickets each and combined to wreck Sri Lanka's batting and put Pakistan on the road to victory. Pakistan who have never lost a Test series in Sri Lanka ended the day at 271 and need just 97 runs with eight wickets in hand for a 10 lead in the threematch series. Paranavitana top scorer in Sri Lanka's first innings with 72 once again held the innings together with 49 but found little support from the top order as the Lankans folded for 217.Day 3 1st Test Galle July 2009.
