Imran blitz sinks inspid New Zealand: 1st T20 (Dubai)

Opener Imran Nazir blasted 58 in 38 balls as Pakistan beat New Zealand.

Imran got Pakistan off to a fine start but they stumbled to 161-8 with only Abdul Razzaq 26 not out and Shahid Afridi 24 supporting him as seamer Tim Southee took 3-28. In response the Kiwis struggled with top scores of 22 from BradleyJohn Watling and Nathan McCullum as they ended at 112.
