Last pair saves England after collapse: 1st Test, Day 5 (Centurion)

England's last pair of Collingwood 26 not out in 99 balls and Onions survived 19 balls to force a draw after a dramatic collapse that saw them go from 172-3 to 218-9 after tea.

England resumed on 111 needing 364 to win but 2 wickets fell in the first 13 overs before Kevin Pietersen 81 and Jonathan Trott 69 shared a 145 run stand.

Debutant Friedel de Wet took 3 quick qickets as five fell for 13 as England closed on 228-9.
