Salman inspires Pakistan win: PAK v BAN (ICC T20 WC #4, St Lucia)
Salman Butt (73) was the star for Pakistan after putting on 142 for the opening wicket with Kamran Akmal (73) to set up an imposing total of 172-3 and set up a 21 run win against Bangladesh in their first match of the ICC World Twenty20.
In reply Bangladesh lost Imrun and Tamim Iqbal early but Mohammad Ashraful (65) and Shakib Al Hasan (47) gave them some hope until a clatter of late wickets ended their hopes. ICC T20 WC #4 St Lucia.
