Hashim Amla in Profile: Most runs in 2010

Hashim Amla played his first Test against India on November 28, 2004. His performances initially were not so remarkable. Fortunately he made the most of his second opportunity when he scored 149 against New Zealand.

He has now developed into an exciting talent and has scored the most Test runs and ODI's in 2010. Amla is known for demonstrating excellent stroke-play and cool temperament. He has also exhibited flair for finding the gaps and hitting boundaries in Tests and Twenty20.
