Shafiul leads hot Bangladesh to victory: 2011 World Cup #9 (Mirpur)
Bangladesh held their nerve to win their first game of the World Cup as they edged past Ireland.
Tamim Iqbal top-scored with 44 off 43 balls as Bangladesh were bowled out for 205 (Tamim 44, Botha 3-32, Johnston 3-40).
In reply, Ireland made only 178 (Shafiul 4-21) as the co-hosts won by 27 runs.
