Shaminda Eranga (2-52) made a superb debut as he grabbed a wicket with his first delivery in Test cricket -- just as Australian spinner Nathan Lyon had done in the opening Test of the series.Shaun Marsh top scored with 81 following his 141 in his debut innings and Mike Hussey followed up his 142 in the last test with an unbeaten 63 as Australia reached 235-5.
